Thank you for supporting Garden Clay!   Every piece is carefully packed by hand to help it  arrive safely.  Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and determined by carrier and cannot be guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me by email with photos of the item and its packaging.
